Meet Lindsay

Lindsay Ek, RD is a passionate and highly motivated Registered Dietitian (RD) based in San Diego, California, where she was born and raised. She has always had a genuine passion for working with people of all ages and from all walks of life. She has a wide range of professional experience including clinical nutrition in the inpatient hospital setting, medical nutrition therapy for eating disorders, intuitive eating and weight management, and school wellness and menu development.
